Main role and objectives:

As an Income Auditor – Food & Beverage at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel you will have a key position in ensuring that all revenues are correctly posted into ‘Opera’ and that the VAT calculation for each day is correct. To ensure allowances, negative postings, voids, discounts, refunds, covers and bill sequences are properly reviewed, tested, authorised and communicated to relevant managers.


Your responsibilities:

  • To complete the daily revenue report and distribute to management.
  • To complete daily F&B average spent report per outlet.
  • To complete daily payroll target report.
  • To complete the daily check list in full and sign to verify as such
  • To ensure daily work completion is in line with Group FRP’s and check list
  • To highlight any exceptions from Group FRP to Assistant Financial Controller and Finance Director
  • To submit signed Group FRP’s to the Finance Director every six months to keep compliance up to date
  • Ensures that the daily revenue is posted correctly in the Front Office system and billed correctly including Minibar
  • To ensure that all food and beverage postings (POS) have interfaced with Front Office system
  • To check Management accounts, Voids, Discounts, Bill sequence and covers.
  • To check M&E billing is correct in relation to contracts
  • To ensure no negative revenue postings have been done
  • To ensure only F&B transactions are mapped to the F&B company
