At art’otel budapest of PPHE Hotel Group we are looking to recruit a Part-time HR Coordinator to take responsibility for supporting the HR function across the property to deliver an excellent team member experience.



Key tasks & responsibilities


  • All administration of the HR operation of art’otel budapest
  • Complete monthly report to be submitted to the Payroll office
  • Recruitment and selection in collaboration with the Head of Departments
  • Ensure HR processes are adhered to and policies are being followed
  • Organize and deliver internal Induction trainings
  • Assist with employee relation issues in the hotel
  • Similar professional experience in HR preferably in a hotel environment
  • Possess a good command of Hungarian, English and German
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to live up to our mission statement of: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
