Key Tasks and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Inspire our guests through individuality and passion
  • Assist the Executive Housekeeper in obtaining the control of the room inventory availability and room allocation to Room Attendants
  • Coordinates between Team Leaders, Reception, Maintenance and all other departments to ensure the accurate information is passed.
  • Supervises the daily activities of all Housekeeping Staff
  • Prepares schedules as requested, and in accordance with forecasted occupancy
  • Is aware of all financial costs; takes actions to control labour, amenities and supply costs
  • Responsible for maintaining and consistently building on positive employee engagement
  • All work will be in line with departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan and Park Plaza Hotel corporate guidelines and service concepts.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience of working within Housekeeping as a Team Leader or Senior Supervisory level within a 4* property would be advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of computer software systems, including Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience of working with Opera PMS system would be desirable
  • Exceptional organizational skills are essential as well as having the ability to priories tasks
  • Must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English 
  • Exceptional eye for detail
