At Park Plaza Riverbank of PPHE Hotel Group we're looking to recruit a Hotel Service Centre Agent take responsibility that all calls are answered within three rings, promptly and politely with a professional attitude whilst recognizing that customer satisfaction. Ensure that all guest requests are taken care of promptly and efficiently.
 

 Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Place outside calls and to answer the switchboard in accordance with agreed departmental and company brand standards.
  • Telephone guests in accordance with their wake-up call requests, to prescribed standards, and to inform Concierge of the guest does not answer their call.
  • Take messages for guests and ensure they receive them accurately and on time.
  • Record all equipment faults /stationery items needed and report to supervisor.
  • Ensure that all incoming faxes are marked with the guest’s name and room number and are delivered to the room promptly; log all the faxes in the logbook.
  • Advise guests on the correct use of the Business Centre equipment, assisting with any additional requests they have.
  • Ensure that all chargeable services are posted correctly according to departmental procedures.
  • Handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and inquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow through.
  • Keep the public areas neat and tidy at all times, ensuring all litter is binned, Lost Property is correctly handed to Housekeeping and guest equipment is neatly organized and presented.
  • Familiarize yourself with the guest needs and requirements in order to ensure an efficient and friendly service

We are looking for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a customer service role. You must demonstrate effective organizational skills and the ability to use initiative.

Essential Requirements::

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Experience of delivering a high level of customer service
  • Smart appearance and professional image
  • To be punctual, reliable and have excellent attention to detail
