Main role and objectives:
You love going the extra mile, creating special moments and keeping our standards at high level! Your role is to increase guest satisfaction by providing personalized and courteous services and information to guests. You take care of the hotel’s well-being in absence of the Hotel Manager / Rooms Division Manager. As Guest Relation Manager you link and communicate with other departments in order to enhance the cooperation and guest experience between the departments. 

Job role responsibilities: 
  • Maintain consistently high service standards and lead by looking for ways to exceed guest expectation;
  • Carry out Manager on Duty services, handling guest complaints efficiently and making sure all guests leave the hotel satisfied;
  • Oversee and coordinate the VIP and loyalty program of the hotel.

We are looking for talent that:
  • Can inspire all team members to make every guest feel special;
  • Has experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office position or related;
  • Can communicate fluently in both English and Dutch;
  • Loves the responsibility of overseeing the full hotel operation – and strives to do things even better;
  • Is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations;
  • Is familiar with Property Management Systems (preferably Opera).
