Your responsibilities as a Front of House Trainer will include:

- To assist in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and induction program for the new starters

- To support in the induction and ongoing training and development of all Team Members across Front of House including Reception, Guest Services, Guest Relations, Night Team, Concierge and Porters

- Keep up to date with new training techniques and best practice to ensure training is engaging and effective

- Identify training needs and develop effective training initiatives to achieve the departments and hotel's goals, and ensure brand standards and procedures are constantly applied

What we are looking for:

The ideal Front of House Trainer will:

- Be efficient, enjoy leading and developing associates, and have a positive demeanour

- Be fully conversant in front office operations

- Have previous experience in training and coaching

-Have experience in hospitality and have working knowledge on how a hotel runs

-Have excellent knowledge of Opera

-Possess a good command of English and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

-Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
