Main role and objectives:

As a Front Office Manager, you’ll extend your track record of relationship building and guest service to managing the efficient operations of Front Office departments at Park Plaza Victoria London hotel. You’ll work in a modern and prestigious environment where professional development is nurtured and great service is rewarded.

Job role responsibilities below:

  • Create, implement, deliver and drive the Front Office strategy in conjunction with the Operations Manager and other key stakeholders
  • Set and agree departmental objectives and budgets in line with hotel objectives and balance score card
  • Reviewing constantly with all direct report managers to ensure all operational tasks are being dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner and that all work is undertaken in compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversee the Recruitment, Talent and Learning & Development for the Front Office of Park Plaza Victoria London. Ensuring focus and identification of top performers and creating uplifting moments for our teams

What we are looking for:

  • Individual with high volume, group experience
  • Someone who can actively engage with team and guests and providing uplifting moments at any given opportunity
  • Knowledge and experience of using OPERA
  • Possess a good command of English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Has a strategic outlook and has the ability to lead their team                       
  • Previous management experience within Front Office, either an Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager from a smaller property
