The role you play

Your focus is to ensure a tailored service to our guests and leadership for our team. You guide and develop your team to ensure guests are feeling welcomed at all times and our team members live and breathe the Holmes focus and behaviours. You create a sense of belonging and a home from home.

How you do it

You lead your leadership team to connect and build relationships, and ensure they are paying attention to every detail while making it effortless for the guest and team members

You ensure your leadership team is aligned to the Holmes vision, whilst empowering and coaching them to their full potential 

You drive the business and get the job done, creating value through innovation and informed decision-making while making it fun

You think longer term of the growth of Holmes and your team by encouraging life-long learning and focusing by painting the vision

You delight in discovery, enthusiastically taking pride in Holmes and our neighbourhood
