Job role responsibilities:

As a Front Office Host you:
Welcome guest and give them information about for example public transport 
         of touristic places of interest;
Take care of checking the guests in and out with the use of our PMS system Opera;
Answer guest questions at the reception desk, the telephone or via e-mail;
If necessary resolve guest complaints, independent or with colleagues; 
Carry out various administrative tasks;
During all of these duties you go the extra mile to provide our guests 
        with excellent service!

We are looking for:

We would like to get in contact with you if you: 

  • Have experience in the Hospitality industry;
  • Have good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

       and preferably a third language; 

  • Are flexible with workinghours and transport
  • Graduated from a MBO or HBO education in the Hospitality industry (not mandatory);
  • Have experience with the PMS system Opera (not mandatory);
  • Have experience in a similar role (not mandatory).
