Night Receptionist

As a Park Plaza Night Receptionist, you’ll extend your track record of inspiring our guests on a day to day basis in an empowered environment at Park Plaza London Waterloo Hotel. An exciting new addition to the PPHE Hotel Group Family that has had a successful partial opening in Winter 2016. Main tasks and responsibilities

  • To be fully aware and adhere to operating procedures
  • Differentiate between different guest types and handle them in appropriate manner
  • Communicate clearly to both guests and colleagues
  • Be available and visible at all times to deal with guest requests and maintain secure environment within the lobby area
  • Support the completion of Night Audits
  • Having a working knowledge of Opera and maintain a high-level of customer service
  • Support the smooth running of the Engineering departments on a day to day basis and support effective communication within and between departments
  • To comply with all company Brand Standards and that they are observed throughout every shift
