As one of our highly ambitious and dynamic Graduate Managers, you will enjoy a personally-designed fast track programme that takes you on a structured journey in operations and support functions, through all the major divisions of our hotel brands such as Park Plaza and art’otel.

You will gain the operational skills, knowledge, personal development and leadership exposure to accelerate your career and prepare you for your first management position within 18 months.


Our programme lasts 18 months and will prepare you for a leadership career in luxury hotel management. You will achieve this through a personalised blend of ‘on the job’ development and ‘off the job’ learning such as skills coaching, mentoring, undertaking projects, and talent management programs. You will also be invited to attend regular meetings with the Hotel General Managers, our HR Director and some of PPHE Hotel Group’s senior leaders.

You will gain valuable insight into Front of House, Food & Beverage, and Meeting & Events.


To join the programme, we’re looking for you to meet one or more of the following criteria:

Demonstrate a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.

Recently graduated from a Bachelor and/or Masters Degree.

Available to start in full-time employment in Summer/Autumn 2022.

The right to work in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands.
