Main role and objectives:
As a Minibar Employee, you are mainly responsible in taking care of the minibars in the hotel rooms.
The main tasks and responsibilities are filling the minibar in the hotel rooms during daily rounds, including checking the minibar products on quality and shelf life.

Job role responsibilities:
  • Taking care/refilling of the minibars in the hotel rooms and the service in general during rounds.
  • Picking up drinks and prepackaged food products, including checking the miniature products on quality and expiration date.
  • Placing of beverages and food in hotel room rooms according to service schedule (without supervision). Acceptance of service, inventory check, stock inventory, stock refunds or other-prepared minibar.
  • Signal of abnormalities and return of malicious, damaged items.
  • Adding the minibar to the prescribed items, taking into account the prescribed equipment, price indication and the like.
  • Cleaning of mini bar and equipment.
  • Disposal of waste in containers.
  • Return of remaining or disapproved items.
  • Account of sold items and deductions with associated administrative documents. To do so, register of items sold, start and end stocks, deviations, etc. Transfer of necessary inventory supplements, necessary repairs, etc.

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage department
  • Flexibility
  • Available to work during weekends and bank holidays
