Main role and objectives:

As our Front Office Coordinator you are expected to provide support and supervise the back office of the Front office department. You will manage the administration of arriving and in-house guests and to ensure that all our regular and VIP guests receive high quality, personalized service and to maintain our guest loyalty program.

Your responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all allocations are done in a timely manner and prepare for group arrivals
  • Fully conversant with and able to sell all services and facilities available to guests using the hotel and able to deal with guests queries
  • Assisting the Front Office Manager with projects and tasks when required
  • Ensure all special requests are followed through and administered
  • Ensure the correct procedure and policy standards are adhered to
  • Apply relevant follow-up procedures to guests already in the hotel

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience within a Front Office or Guest Services department
  • Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations
  • A positive and energetic person who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
  • Someone who enjoys a fast paced working environment
  • Knowledge and experience in using OPERA is preferred
