Our waiting roles require varying lengths of experience depending the restaurant you’re working in. We have a number of different restaurants in our hotels and our different food brands reflect this. Chino Latino offers Pan-Asian cuisine and Tozi and 5&33 have an Italian focus, so you will need experience in the relevant cuisine. In our other restaurants we ideally look for at least a year’s experience waiting, although it does not have to be in a hotel. All roles are based on shift work, but not usually night shifts.
We are passionate about offering our team members the opportunity to progress within the company. Training opportunities are offered as well as the chance to move location when new jobs are available. Our restaurants always offer a fair tips policy. When you start with us, we provide an extensive induction programme which introduces you to the business and our inspirational service programme.
