Our restaurant jobs cover a multitude of roles including Sommelier, Food and Beverage Host, management positions and entry level roles. The nature of the different vacancies available depends entirely on the hotel you work in, so there may be night work and there will definitely be shift work. Shifts may vary, depending on the type of hotel and restaurant.
Our training programme has won awards and when you start with the company there is an in-depth induction process, in which all team members are fully immersed in what we do. We really believe in giving opportunities for progression via development and opportunities to move to different locations if a relevant role presents itself. All team members are given the chance to learn what it's like to be a guest with us. The Inspiring Stay scheme – where team members spend one night in their own hotel, with dinner and breakfast, encourages deeper understanding of the organisation and consistently high quality service.
