Our kitchen environments are the engine which keep our hotels going and are busy and exciting places to work. There are a number of different positions available, such as a Trainee Chef, Casual Breakfast Chef, Sous Chef, Cook, Chef de Partie, Kitchen Porter and Night Chef. A shared passion for food and creating amazing dishes for our guests is something that everyone who works in our kitchen has in common.
