We’re very proud of our restaurant brands Chino Latino, 5&33 and Tozi, but also of all our other hotel restaurants in our portfolio. We expect a high level of experience and knowledge for chefs applying for work, including leadership experience. In general, all our kitchen positions require shift work – which can include night work – depending on the type of hotel or restaurant.
Those looking to expand their knowledge in areas such as finance, management and leadership will find that there are different classes and courses available in our training programmes. You will need to speak the local language, as well as English, to work in these roles. We have some of the finest chefs in the world working in our kitchens so it’s a fantastic place to learn from the best and grow with the business.
If you’d like to take the next step in your career as a chef, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
